 The IM here is tricky at best and I have found that folks do not have lots of patience

I guess that's true Poco. Though I doubt that the sender really wanted to chat, but was looking to pass the time. As when I did IM back got no response to my queries. Go figure? Oh well, I'm available if she ever opts to IM again.
