 Bad neighbors can be hard to handle! Do u have a neighborhood association, sometime they can help?
R they renting or buying, with renters u can contact the owner or management company!
I had that problem a long time ago! I just kept calling the local law enforcement, even several time a night, if they did not stop!
Got the Chief involved, they sold out and left!
