Recruiting tactics

It sounds so calculating and commercial but recruiting tactics are what I've decided I'm using here. The male to female ratio motivates it. I have to reach out to a lot of women and couples to elicit even a few responses. And obviously only a select few of those responses have to potential to grow further.

I endeavor to be engaging and frank yet respectful. I'm up front about my married status in my profile and initial contacts. I don't email blast everyone on the site. I have standards. But I think that women and couples have so many options that a lone guy like myself needs to find a way to get many to take a peek at me.

Either I'm getting better at this or the market here is changing because I've gotten some fun and exciting responses this summer. I'm certainly not a "player" but it is thrilling and satisfying to provoke some interest and desire.

 I hope I don't have to start doing customer satisfaction surveys.
